Safari Biltong Seasoning

We missed this flavor from South Africa. This brought back some flavor memories

I have tried to make my own Biltong Seasoning since moving to the USA and somehow I find there is always an ingredient or 4 missing and it doesn't quite taste like the biltong I grew up loving. I've tried other brands, but they don't come close to Safari Biltong Seasoning. Of course the ingredients are on the package, but the "other seasonings" is their kept secret. It's so simple to use, and you don't need to add anything else as far as seasoning goes. (Vinegar is a must). Never be without your Biltong again! P.S. Biltong freezes well in vacuum packed bags.

Fantastic flavour!!!I have been using it for 40 years. The colour is excellent.

We make biltong with this product consistently. We have went through numerous bags of it. it taste amazing. Really gives it that authentic flavor. My only critique and this is probably just a personal preference but it could definitely use some more coriander in it. Overall best biltong tongue spice that I have found in America.

It is exactly what i wanted but it seems that they advertise a 4.4lb bag and send a 2.2lb bag and expect.people not to realize. I had to get seller to send me the full order and the week after.my friend had the exact same problem. Great product, dishonest seller!
