If your living area has earth tones in it, this will blend well. It's also sturdy enough to have around kids. The one drawback is that they should include an extra "O". That will allow any player to take the lead on a new game...versus switching between X and O. The "X" is the only letter with an extra/lead piece.

This a great toy! I like that it is made out of wood. I have it at my house for the grandkids, the parts are nice and big for little fingers. It does not have a cover, though. I only wish it had a decent box to keep them in, so the parts all stay together. I have kept the box, but its only cardboard.

I have to say this looks good and my kids like it. I expected it to be of a better quality though. Firstly, the smell is there like another reviewer mentioned. The board has a strong glue odor. The cherry color of the board is not uniform everywhere and around the edges is whitens a little. The glue that holds the inside walls/borders is very much visible around the borders. If it wasn't for the visible glue and the bad odor I would give it 5 stars. I definitely think that for the quality, this item is overpriced. I bought it on sale for twenty bucks, but don't think it's worth more than 10-15. Hopefully, the smell will disappear over time, right now it's noticeable enough, at least to me.

It's basic, but it's cute and well-made. Works well for a coffee table conversation piece that adds a little fun! My kids love starting up a random game of tic-tac-toe when they are bored.

Just used it today for my kids at church free time. I love that it’s wood. It’s pretty to put out as an added decor, as well. Love that it’s packable and easy to travel with. I’m really happy with it.

Good old school fun!
