Is this a clear glitter, or is it white? I need it for nail art, and am looking for a clear iridescent glitter.

It is super sparkly, I used it on the crocheted snowflakes I made. I think it would be fine on your nails, it is very fine also. Hope it works for you.

Can this be used in lip gloss?

I would use it in nail polish before I used it in lipgloss. Not sure if it would be toxic or what not.

What size is your extra fine. .015, .004, .008?

Sorry my glitter doesn't say or have any of those numbers . All I can tell you is it is super fine . I love working with this one . I really don't use Glitter on my crafts that much .
