**Q: How thick is the table top? I am wondering if a Studio Design side pencil/marker holder that fits 5/8" to 3/4" thickness would work on this table.**

The thickness of the tabletop is about 2cm (0.79"), and you can choose a pencil holder to
verify according to the thickness of the tabletop. In addition, this vintage drafting table also
comes with a 26" (66cm) pencil holder and a 24" (60cm)  T-square ruler, both of them can assist

**Q: Is the height measured from directly above the base? Or at the highest point? Or lowest point? Is it 31-33"? Or 33-40"?**
A: It depends on the angle that the table is set at, combined with the height that you adjust the table to be set at. So, I don’t really I know how to answer this question. I do know that it is a slow process to change the height and angle of the table. Once you get it where you like it you will want to leave it alone.
