Just loving it!
I really did not think this pan would be so awesome and I am happy to say I was wrong! The meatballs came out perfectly cooked (350 degrees for 30 minutes for large meatballs) with no grease and uniformly brown. Can’t wait to stock up the freezer and then use it for kabobs! The REALLY awesome feature about this pan is the design. The tray sits on top of the pan so no scratches on the pan. Just perfect meatballs! Read the instructions - soak in hot water and soap and it becomes a breeze to clean!

On the Fence
I'm on the fence about this item and therefore the 3 stars. The rack itself is sturdy enough, coated and easy to clean. The pan is rather junky.Hubs rigged it so I can just use the rack with a good pan to finish cooking my meatballs in the oven after browning and I can also use it as is in my smoker, so I'm no worse for wear.

Pleasantly surprised! Easy and so much better than pan frying.
Really loved this pan! Pan frying meatballs on the stove creates such a mess and you have to stay on top of watching them so they cook evenly, whereas this pan keeps things much cleaner and the rack on this pan keeps meatballs up and out of the icky grease. Just put them in the oven, let them cook, you don’t have to mess with them like when frying them ....they cook perfectly. (I lined the pan with foil, so didn’t need to clean the pan at all. The rack cleans up super easy!)

It's nice, however....
I wanted to love this pan, however after using it for third time its started to rust on the ridges of the rack and the top of the pan. I love the concept, but it's useless if it continues this.

Buy this pan! I have so far ordered three for family and a friend
Being an Italian I have been frying meat balls for 70 years and Would never think of baking a meatball ugg, then I became ill and was unable to stand long enough to fry them. A friend suggested a meat ball pan. I love this pan the balls taste wonderful, just be sure to spray the bottom of the rack. I also used it to fry crispy chicken legs. This is the best pan I own.

Perfect Meatballs - so easy!
For years I used the traditional method by browning meatballs in a large frying pan. Not only were they greasy, but tended to break into pieces. This meatball baker is wonderful! I made smaller meatballs (less likely to fall apart) and the baker cooks to perfection; no shaking a frying pan and the grease in the meat drips down into the pan...So much healthier and easier than the "old" way. I now have two meatball bakers, and enjoy my husband's rave reviews! Can't go wrong with this product!

Did not include recipe book
I did not receive a book with mine. Other reviewers mention a book and a book is pictured with the pan, but no book with the one I got. Why? I haven't used this pan yet so it is difficult to review the pan, it looks like it will be good. Very disappointed it didn't come with the book.

Not really necessary
OK, but small. You'd need a few to do any quantity. Just ended up using this one and then some cookie sheets with cooling racks on top. Probably would not buy again as it just takes up space.
