This tens unit has many options/modes. It's easy to figure it out. The price was right and it serves its purpose. I love that you can use batteries (not included) and its rechargeable as well. I never have to worry that it's out of power! This is new to me so I can't speak on the longevity of this product.

Product definitely does the job and the price isn’t bad at all. Shipping costs on everything do kinda suck I must say.

I'd heard about TENS machines before and thought they were just gimmicks.I read something about it being used in a chiropractor's office and the rave reviews convinced me it's woth trying. I figured start with a low cost device and see how it goes. No need to consider a different model - this has plenty of options (including a rolling massage one - not sure how it does that with just electricity, but the sensation is good).I've used it for both neck and leg pain, about 5 - 10 minutes per incident. After an additional 5 minutes or so, the pain was gone. I'm convinced it's an under-utilized aid and should be advertised more broadly.

I have a lot of leg pain, especially my knees. I was afraid to use a tens unit for years because I got shocked by a horse fence as a kid and thought it felt like that--but it does not. You regulate the power level of the electric impulse and it is not painful.. When I am having a lot of leg pain, I sometimes go to sleep with this on, and recently I even took silk tape and taped the electrodes on my leg, and put the unit in my pocket and walked around with it on. I have not had any problems with my unit and would definitely recommend. It helps with muscle spasms, too. I come home from work and put the tens unit on and rest my legs.
