Great but not cheap
Very nice product but you don’t get much for your pennies. I would recommend cos very good quality but I’ll look for a bit more value next time I need some.

Expensive, but moisture curing silicone that’s ‘Acid Free’
I used this moisture curing silicone to attach a broken plate to a piece of mount board for display purposes, as it is better than using standard silicone - as it does not corrode metal, is ‘acid free’ & is RTV (Room temperature vulcanisation) meaning it cures and hardens at room temperature without the need of another catalyst such as UV light. Most standard silicones are acid curing, meaning that when they cure they give off acetic acid (the smell that is released), which can be corrosive to some metals. The reason this is ‘electronics grade silicone’, is as it’s moisture curing it doesn’t off gas acetic acid, and won’t corrode circuitry. It’s quite expensive, for what you get (about 20g), but in my case, it was all I needed (I actually have some left over) and I would have just thrown out the excess ‘normal silicone’ as it’s never normally great to reuse old silicone anyway. The only issue I had, was when squeezing it out, as there is such a fine opening, I squeezed a bit to hard and it popped the seal at the base of the pack, meaning silicone was coming from both ends!! 😂😂😂Is it expensive for what it is? Yes.Are specialist materials expensive? Yes (I’m most cases).Would I buy it again? Definitely!! It’s done the job perfectly & I know it’s the best ‘acid free’, non corrosive type of silicone for the job!

Arrived squashed and leaking from envelope
Squashed and leaking from envelope ... no option available to complain or return

Had already spilled from the base of the tube and begin to harden.
We wanted to do some repairs so we ordered this product. Unfortunately when it arrived, it had already spilled from the bottom of the tube which was open, and was hardening. Maybe a defect of the tube. Anyway we used what was left because we didn't want to delay the repairs. Was not impressed by the loss of product though.

Total Stick Up
Did the job but far too expensive for such a small amount

Perfect for my amplifier rebuild
Spent a month or so researching how to upgrade my ageing amplifier's capacitors. When it came to how best to secure down the new capacitors onto the board and avoid vibration, finding useful information was a little more difficult.People were recommending on forums standard glue guns, or standard bathroom silicon, but one common theme appeared: make sure there is no acid in whatever you use. I have a glue gun, cheap one from amazon, but no idea if there's any acid in the glue sticks. I have bathroom sealant, but no idea if there's any acid in it.To be on the safe side, the best option was to head to amazon and buy an electronics grade silicon. Found this little tube which was more than ample for my needs, and at this price, it was a no-brainer.Unlike hot glue which solidifies and easily snaps off with a little pressure, this silicon remains flexible (I can move the components once the silicon is cured). Speaking of which, this did take a long time to fully cure (possibly almost a week) but it didn't stop me from using the amplifier during that time.Would definitely recommend for your cherished DIY home projects.

Safe for electronics!
This worked very well for installing a pcb in a housing and attaching it securely. Regular silicon or RTV will attack the pcb traces - this product will not.

Good sealant
Used to replaced batteries in my sony mx4's. The earbuds wouldn't stay together after assembly, now they do thanks to this. Good to have on hand if you tinker
