I'd read about this for a few months and decided to try it. It says take before bed. If you do this, hopefully you don't have a long morning commute or get stuck in traffic. I got to work and spent the whole morning going back and forth to the ladies room. 5 trips in all. But boy, was I cleaned out afterward. That was one day! It's pretty intense, so make sure you block out time to be in dispose. I take mine after work, so late night things go as planned.

This product did absolutely nothing for me. I was popping these pills for nothing. A waste of money. And yes, I did what I was suppose to do. These cost a lot for them to not work at all.
