PlantronicsVoyager 5200 On Ear Bluetooth Headphones(Black)

I am writing this review after using Voyager for 2 months.Lasts whole day. Connects well with mobile and laptop at same time. Cuts off any multimedia when an incoming call. With 4 built-in microphones, you can be heard from anywhere. HD audio might lower your battery a little, but worth going HD.Recharges in an hour, easy to fold and throw in a pocket/bag.Only a little inconvenient when you where spectales with this voyager.

I have had continuous problem with this device. Initially, the sensor malfunctioned so it kept skipping from device to mobile intermittently. After speaking to Support on a couple of occassions, they suggested I deactivate the sensor. Then after each call, for the next call, my voice was not very audible and was told it was very faint. Then I found a workaround by switching on and off the bluetooth after each call. Finally asked Support to replace the device, which they agreed. But waiting for over months now. But no replacement.

I’ve had great expectations from this headset, given the past experience I had with Plantronics. I am a bit disappointed, as the connection gets disconnected automatically, quite frequently.Barring this issue, the headset is amazing

This model is far better than the previous one which I have used. I have had 3 of the earlier model. Though more expensive, the money offsets the performance.

I love this headset very useful in noisy environments taking official calls
