I use these at work in a kitchen under my normal plastic gloves. They're great for heat resistance without being too bulky like other heat resistant gloves made for kitchen work. I like having a couple fingers free for more delicate work while still having protection against hot pans or steaming tortillas. And they fit my hands better than other gloves that are clearly made for men despite being unisex. I get teased a bit, but at the same time everyone asks where I got them, so I call it a win. I have them in black and pink.

I really like these styling gloves. They are perfect for flat ironing your hair, not burning your hand on the still hot hair after a pass with the iron. They are a thick and durable quality and comfortable to wear - my hand doesn't get hot or sweaty while wearing. Only design improvement I could suggest would be to have a hardened plastic tip on the index finger. I use my finger the section out my hair while flat ironing, but I can't really feel what I'm doing when wearing the glove. Other than that, I love everything about it and would recommend for anyone that uses heat styling tools.

They do what they are supposed to do and save your index finger and thumb from bad burns when using heated styling tools.

Hand size is always tricky and no different. Between most people guessing hand size and glove size probably not standardize it’s no surprise these were smaller than expected. The biggest reason for not returning and ordering a larger size is the heat resistance. These gloves do not provide the level of heat resistance to comfortably use my current commercial grade appliance.

I've been using these for cutting hair, not for heat styling. They've saved my fingers from being cut multiple times which is what I was after. That said, the material is a little thicker than I expected, and my fingertips don't quite reach the end of the glove - which makes it a little clumsy. Still, they get the job done. Not a perfect fit for me, but I still use them as I only cut hair once every 6 weeks or so.
