Straightforward and to the point book on the importance of weightlifting for women of all ages: it doesn't need to be complicated with long excessive workouts and high amounts of cardio. Coach Rob shows here all we need for a healthy strong body: barbell, dumbells and kettlebells.Easy to read, valuable information and very do-able. Well written Rob! Highly recommended.

Excellent book. Coach Rob’s books are phenomenal and amazing. I use most of his tips and training advice!! He is an excellent coach. 5 stars!!! So worth the money. He is very dedicated and it shows in all his work!!

Dives deep into each exercise
I'm learning so much! I really like how he included a chapter about Lifting Lingo, it will help me out as I begin to strength train. About to start working out at home with barbell and dumbells and there are chapters for both and how to work through each movement of each exercise and he then includes strength training programs!

Excellent resource that covers all the bases
Enjoyed this book and look forward to trying the programs. Read the entire book in 2 days. The layout was easy to follow and will be a great reference in the future. He clearly knows his stuff, thank you for sharing your years of knowledge!

Fantastic resource
I am loving this book. Well laid out and organised, great descriptions and accompanying pictures of listed exercises. Great for home training as well as the gym. Lots of useful tips and education, and the training programs were an unexpected extra! My best purchase of 2021!Fast delivery to the UK too.

Better books out there
Depends what your looking for if you want a strength training book with lots of plans then this isn’t for you only 7 plans. Coach/ author didn’t take that comment very well and made cheeky comments on Facebook and a video about my comments. Clearly only looking for good feedback and not interested in what the reader is actually looking for
