Yes. You will need to adjust the laces some, but so long as we are talking athletic sneakers. I'm not sure it would fit with keds or converses (but it might).

i think this on will be too big for him. they have a smaaler one in white that works for smaller kids.

This product can be used when you play sports, It gives added support to the ankle that is not provided by a pair of shoes.

there are two compartments on each side of the brace...one has air and the other has a gel type things. It's a one size first all type of thing with adjustments straps
