Hit them against each other for a great percussion sound higher in pitch than a drum but very simple to keep a beat and fun to use. Great addition to an ensemble.

If i play this latin percussion white wood clave in the parks or mostly outside, how loud are they? can they be heard when playing them outside?

This clave is louder enough, so I think you can play it at outside.

Do these have a cord/lanyard or a hole for one? I had one before with a cord which made it easier to use with my disability not as easy to drop
