Waterproof Shower Radio, Splash Proof AM/FM Radio with Top Handle for Bathroom Outdoor Use - Built-in Speaker & Adjustable Volume

I had to buy a replacement radio because I kept clumsily knocking the original radio off it's shelf in the shower. Then I put heavy duty Velcro on the bottom of the new radio so it couldn't fall off the slippery shower shelf anymore. Both radios were/are perfect, and I have a basement shower, but it was still able to pick up my state's NPR station. It's loud enough that I can hear the shows I want. Good radio, but I would use velcro on the bottom of it if you plan on putting it on a slippery shelf. Otherwise, its great!

I just wanted an FM to listen to in the shower. This worked great for about a month, then problems. It'll play for a few minutes, then the sound suddenly drops down to barely audible as if the volume knob was turned, it gets very static-y and won't pick up any stations. It doesn't get through an entire song. The only way to fix it is to take out the batteries and put them back, not something I want to do while I'm in the shower and the battery cover is difficult to remove. Even then it only works for a few minutes and goes out again. Of course it lasted just long enough it can't be returned.

Works well, good controls.. Challenging to tune, but often shower radios are.

My old one finally crapped out after years of use. This one is ok, with a few issues. When you spray water directly on it, it temporarily muffles the speaker. I listen to it about 15-30 min a day & it goes through batteries like candy! My old one would steadily get lower, so I would need to keep turning up the volume until the batteries completely died. This one…just static. It’ll do though.

Does exactly what it says it will do. Only difficulty is locating radio stations. Dals are not marked
