My UPS takes C15 female connection, and I wanted a power cable that allowed for me to connect both devices together without having to convert it. Overall, this cable is simple and it does exactly what it's intended to do. The quality is high and I have not had any issues with it.

I made the mistake of ordering this thinking it was a NEMA 5-15P extension cord but it is C14-C15 which is an altogether different connection. Who knew? What can I use it for? As it so happens, I have an electric kettle with an absurdly short cord so I did in fact need this without even knowing I did. The gauge is nice and thick, it's longer than I need but that's no reason to rate it less.

I have been working at cleaning up the cabling in our MDF. This 10 ft cable was perfect for our core switch. The heavy constructions and ample length eliminated an undesirable mismatch of extension cables.

Up until this point, I've been buying 3' cords for my fog machine remotes. One 10' is easier to manage than 3 shorter cords.This cord is high quality and works very well. I'll definitely be looking for more.
