We have used this collar for several of our dogs over the years and we keep buying it because of the great quality and durability.

I love my stubborn dog shock collar, but always thought the OEM strap was pretty thin for the size of the receiver (which holds a 9v battery). And the clip was far too easy to remove, sometimes even allowing the collar to fall off if it snagged on something or our dog scratched around the collar strap.When the strap finally broke, I found this replacement and am amazed at how much better it is. Obviously the colors and patterns available look much better than the plain red strap, but also the 1" width is far more appropriate for the size of the receiver and our dog, making the collar noticeably more comfortable for him to wear. The size adjustment mechanism is also far superior, allowing us to adjust down to around 17" without leaving excess strap to cut or leave hanging off. And my favorite part is that the clip is much more robust and holds securely, yet without being difficult to remove.After upgrading to this strap, my only regret is that I waited so long to get rid of the OEM one!

This is a good item if, like me, you didn't want to mess around trying to buckle the standard collars that come with the units. I have to point out that I wouldn't have gone with this sort of quick disconnect collar if I thought my dog might actually require the stimulation feature. When you might need the stimulation I'm not sure you will get reliable contact with the skin because these do tend to loosen up and with the buckle you can make sure its fitted right. But for now its great, the tone keeps him from wandering so I'm less interested in the perfect fit I'm all about the convenience of the quick connect.I got the "Dapper Dog" color simply because it was cheaper than any of the solid colors so if you want to save a few bucks compare the prices of the colors!

I bought 3 collars. All are very pretty and made strong. My male was able to get the collar to unclasp a couple times while inside.Happy they workgreat with or persafe underground collar.

It is hard to find cute replacement collars for the invisible fence receivers. I am glad to have found this one. Not totally masculine but not too plain. It is a bit wide for a small dogs neck, but it works and it well made. My only other thought is that they need a place to hook on a leash.

I have all the matching Lupine products for both my dogs. We decided to get  SportDOG 100-Acre In-Ground Pet Fence System, SDF-100A  and I wanted a matching collar that would accommodate the transmitter. The listing for this collar listed all the big brand transmitters, but no mention of the one we bought, so I took the chance and got it anyway and I'm thrilled it fits! Now my dogs can still be matchy-matchy and safe inside the yard too! The Lupine Lifetime warranty can't be beat either!

So far I love this collar. We have 3 dogs that we put these on everytime they go outside and having it just snap on is soooo much easier then the buckles. I love that it's adjustable on each side easily and that it stays at the size we set it. Wish it was a little less expensive, but so far it's worth it.

I purchased this to use with my Invisible Fence to replace a collar my puppy grew out of. This was half the cost of buying it through the Invisible fence company and does the same thing. It has 3 holes which I assume allows it to fit other transponders as well. Very good quality.
