Steadhead Golf Training Aid

This is probable the best training device I have ever purchased. Everything else are just gimmicks. Everyone has always heard, "Keep your head still or keep you eye on the ball," is what they use to say. That is very hard to do on your own. The Steadhead gives you immediate feedback. If you move your head you will instantly know it. Like the developer, I play single axis golf. However, I struggled with fat shots. The problem was I kept moving my head forward, trying to power in to the ball. With the Steadhead I quickly identified the problem. I began hitting solid shots with all of my clubs. It will also benefit conventional golfers. It's a good quality product and the case is perfect to keep it protected in your golf bag.

This product is amazing! The Steadhead is everything I hoped it would be. Everyone always tells you when you're playing golf that "you have to keep your head still." Yet, there is no way to know how still you are actually keeping your head. You could always take a video of yourself and pull out your phone after every swing and watch your swing in slow motion, but who has time for that. Practice sessions are already too long. With the Steadhead, you get instant feedback! The yellow clip gives you a perfect visual reference point. I did not know how much I was actually moving my head off the ball until I tried this device. After 5 swings with the Steadhead, I was already making more solid contact. It actually helped me take a smaller backswing (I tend to overswing) because that was the only way I could get the Steadhead to stop moving. I even started using this with my chipping and putting. It's so easy to use, just clip it onto the front of your hat and you're done. Give this product a shot, it really works. It also comes in a great travel case, very classy packaging.

Wow...what a simple device, but an ingenious one at the same time. Clip this little device onto your hat and away you go. You do not have to stare at the device in front of your face, as your peripheral vision picks it up. You position the view of it on the golf ball, and as you make your swings you keep it in the same position. One of my biggest problems is that my body shifts forward a little bit, leading to a very low ball flight. I want that ball flight to be much higher, and keeping your head behind the ball at impact helps to do that. As you keep making swings your body feels what it's like to have your head in the proper position through the golf swing. Great device, and for $25 just get it!

I should have spent my money on something that works and has value like magic beans or snake oil. If you feel you move your head too much then just stop moving your head so much, or tie a pencil on your visor and save a few bucks.

It does help keep your head steady but it’s cheap and not worth the money. You can put a paper clip on your hat and save the money

It works, but sun behind you with shadow is best. Simple to store and does give you visual of head movement.

This truly works! As soon as I started my backswing I received instant feedback and was able to correct myself immediately. Such a great product for anyone wanting to get rid of their sway or needing to stay on top of the ball and eliminate topping! Highly recommend.

I like simple, especially when it works. Great training tool. I really can't think of something I have tried that has a better ROI then this device.
