Highly recommend this, it feels solid in hand, not flimsy though it may look like that!I tried this several times and my daughter really loves to "play" with that while making bread and cake!!Only one thing I wish is if it could have one cover at the bottom, which could be removed - so that the flour could be transported in that between the flour bag and working area.

I actually bought this for my grandson as a gag gift. He laughed when he saw it, but his wife said their son would love it (he's 5yrs old and loves to help cook) because he loves "dusting things". It's a nice size and appears to be pretty sturdy. I love that it's stainless steel and not aluminum. I was wishing I'd bought it for me. LOL. I WILL be purchasing one for myself! The one I have is aluminum and rusting. Of course, mine is about 52 years old. LOL.

I used it for the first time on Thanksgiving and my cakes turned out so moist and fluffy. My grandmother always used a sifter and now I know why because my cakes turned out much better sifting the flour. I recommend this product

I should have read the description better because this is tiny and holds maybe 1 cup of flour. It would be good for a baker/cook that has storage shortage though.

I purchased this before and it is amazingly great item that is a must for me in my apartment kitchen. I already used it several times and it is like new. I ordered another one for my vacation house. Highly recommend!
