Q: what is the highest heat this pan can tolerate? Can I also use it to make frittata?

Our non-stick pans do not contain PFOA (perfluorooctanoic acid), and can be used at high temperatures up to 250°C. However, overheating or leaving an empty pan on the stove should be avoided, and wooden or plastic utensils are recommended. It can be used on a gas cooker, ceramic cooker, electric coil, or induction cooktops, but should NEVER be used in an oven.

Q: Is it ptfe free as well?

For all of the non-stick pan, the top layer will always be PTFE. To make sure the pan is safe for human health, HAPPI STUDIO's tamagoyaki pan applied the Daikin fluoropolymers technology, which is resistant to high temperatures and chemical agents. In addition, its low friction coefficient and excellent thermal, mechanical and electrical properties, it is suitable for an extensive range of demanding applications in the food, chemical and packaging sectors, among others. PTFE is safe for human unless the pan is exposed in high heat like 500 degree F then it starts to deteriorate and release fumes. Therefore, we strongly DO NOT recommend heating an empty pan or cooking it on a high temperature for a long time. It is not designed for stewing or cooking in an oven.

Q: My lid handle was not attached. How do you attach it to the lid?

You can attach it yourself. Just get a screw driver, I believe it's Philips screw driver, just look at some pictures in the site. As long as the parts and included in the package you can just put it in the whole of the lid towards the handle and turn the screw driver clockwise. Or if you think it's difficult just return it and ask for replacement
