I am so excited to use this - it's very large, I was able to fit a large easel-size paper (folded once) inside one of the dividers - there are several dividers inside that you can separate by age, child, etc. if desired. Sharpie ink smeared when I labeled it but I just added a tab/sticker to divide by age. I was even able to stuff foam art projects inside so it appears to hold quite a bit. The outside is very hard sturdy cardboard and there is a generous 4x6 opening for a photo or piece of art on the front. Even my 2 year old was excited to see this because it's very colorful and cheery. Perfect for storing your childs artwork or using for an art class. Super happy with this purchase.

This item is great to organize my kids art projects, its large enough to keep the larger art that they do.I def recommend.

These portfolios are definitely very sturdy and also colorful / child oriented. I like that I could put photos of my grandchildren in the front windows. My granddaughter in particular loves hers and will cart it around with her. Having the portfolios has encouraged them to to draw more.

the kids artwork from school goes in here, I clean it out and keep just the very best ones every now and then when it gets full, it is very very sturdy which is whats best about it, nothing will get creased in this sturdy thing. Wish it was a tad bigger though as some of the poster size art wont fit, but most of their stuff fits just fine. Kids have one each and they know to put all their artwork in them at homework time and each child has a different color one each, and their photo is on the front so they go and do it themselves, makes for a more organized homework area! I get to keep all their artwork until I get time to sort them for later. I hang these on hooks too next to our kitchen island where we do homework together after school, so sturdy it hangs on hooks by the handle.

This is an easy way for my daughter to file away all her doodles and drawings and keep her desk clear. It feels sturdy and the sections are what looks like laminated light cardstock. The file stands on its own and is easy to put next to a desk for easy access. It is too large to fit into drawers, but that is the reason I bought this, because it is big enough to fit the 11x17 sheets of paper my daughter uses to draw on.

My granddaughter ( a second grader) was presenting her Art Portfolio for a overall school project. She walked in with beams of joy carrying her new Alex Artist Studio Art Portfolio. I think I'll get one for all of my young grandchildren to keep their artwork in. It teaches them how to organize their most prized possessions.Bonus: The Art Portfolio has a photo slot on the cover that held her photo and I used my Cricut to add her name. I purchased two designs of this product last year to store each of my children's myriad of artwork coming home from school each day. The portfolio is durable and big enough to store most of the artwork and schoolwork. I keep the portolios in the front room so that papers can be hung or stored immediately and not just land in a pile. So happy with this product.

I love this idea. As a former teacher, kids love drawing and their artwork. This helps parents keep their artwork organized. I do wish it was sturdier, like plastic because kids can be a little rough.
