It helped my dad's energy level with him being 70 yrs old. I do weight train myself but I want to get all of my gains from my will power and emotions. He had to stop taking it for about a week due to medication change and his energy level went down. But as soon as he started taking it again his energy level went back up. A priceless gift is a son being able to help his father. My dad doesn't go to the gym at all. I would only take this supplement if my doctor told me to for my a1c level. Otherwise not for me personally.

I can't comment on the effectiveness yet as I just started taking this. For the majority of the reviews that comment on the NASTY taste - there is a simple solution: I discovered this a few weeks ago but it's a simple and inexpensive product called an Oblate Disk. I think I paid $11.00 for 200 disks. They are basically a rice paper-like delivery system. You place your powder in the center and fold it up, dip it in water, and then down the hatch and chase it with a few gulps of water! It's super quick and Zero taste and you can put in whatever dose you want. I combine this with another powder and it goes right down. I use to mix it in my coffee but it was still very bitter and not pleasant. I've been happy with anything I've ordered from BULKSUPP as there are no fillers and the price can't be beaten. I use Kratom once or twice a week and ordering the powder is so much cheaper than capsules but it also tastes really bad. Good supplement to add to shakes

Another great purchase. Only drawback is the flavor takes some getting accustomed to. It's not a bad taste, but certainly a different one that won't go with all flavors of protein powder. I personally just slug down and deal with it. Results are what matter and that's what I'm looking for. Also, I know that ecdysterones have always suffered from poor absorption, so take this supplement with fish or krill oil to provide some fat to slow digestion.

This brand of Turkesterone actually triggered asthmatic type symptoms, which stopped immediatly after discontinuing use.
