Paper Mate Profile RT Retractable Ballpoint Pen, Bold Point, 1.4mm, Black Ink, 2 Packs of 3 Pens

I ordered these because I love the bolder point on this pen. My order was late and it cost more this time. I was not happy with the price of nothing but pens. I ordered on the Canadian Amazon site and the pens still came from the USA and shipping was part of the increased cost. Why can't we get these in Canada?

I am trying to find the best pen for me. These are OK they are better than the office depot pens. I tried. These write better and for longer. There was less need to scribble in the margins all the time.My favorite pens so far are Bic Glide Bold. They are easier to hold, for me, than these pens. The Bic Glide bold pens were not as easy to hold as other pens, but so far they write the best for me. I might buy the Paper Mate pens again. I will never buy office depot pens again. The office depot pens were awful. I asked for a refund on one package they. They just wouldn't write consistently. As I said, so far, Bic Glide Bold are the best for me.

I wish I had read the reviews about these pens, however, I was almost out of pens, and desperate, so ordered my normal papermate profile in haste from The Mega Deals.What a JOKE! These came as 6 pens wrapped in self-made saran wrap rather than manufacturer packaging. The first tip off that there was something abnormal about these pens.They won't click open. They are stiff and defective. If you can get them to click open, they stay open way beyond the pen tip, and won't click off. Or won't stay open as soon as you exert pressure.These are manufacturer seconds somebody bin picked then repackaged at home and sold on Amazon.AVOID. I returned mine and purchased a boxed set (that thankfully was back in stock) as packaged from papermate. I love the profile pens, but I will be very wary of ever purchasing second hand offs again.Avoid The Mega Deals store. WHO WOULD SEND SOMETHING like this except as a rip off!

These pens are castoffs that didn't make it through inspection.The button you press to get the pen part to come down takes the strength of Thor. I found if you use a five pound weight to depress the button it will make an appearance. But then it is stuck in that position and doesn't settle back in place. If you are a pen clicker this pen is not for you.I have dismantled the pen thinking it could be the spring or something in the pen is making it hard to click. That didn't help.The pens are just defective.

Papermate pens, no matter the color are very good. Well constructed, ink lasts a long time, but of course the Pilot pens roll soooo smooth when writing.Thak you Amazon and Papermate products.
