They state there are seven `nodes' by which the mean beams of light. There are only five.It is constructed from a brittle plastic that clearly will not take much of a knock before breaking. So the idea you would use this outside (running at night), or general exercise is not wise, guessing it would soon break from the slightest knock/fall.I just needed something to use when working under cupboards, behind my computer desk: so it will work fine I suppose. That said, a very cheap basic one would have worked. This is basic but not cheap for what it is.

I have owned headlights before but they have never lasted and always appeared fragile. This particular headlight is sturdy and the light output is excellent.

This was a stocking filler to replace a bulkier unit. It has a good number of settings and the brightness of the bulb is immense.It’s comfortable and throws a decent amount of light ahead

This model from energizer is ok for indoors only it has poor light beam and has a very warm tint you can hold the power button down and it spreads the beam but if you do this the light output seams to drop a bit . i dont like to say this but i would not buy this model again . there are far better headlights out ther for the same price.

Used in workshop and where extra light needed, batteries last a long time.Strap is a separate item so could be replaced when necessary.
