Great price, great taste, great overall!
Love this stuff for making stock for Soban noodles. Great flavor ... just don't try to drink it, as it is otherwise too salty on its own. It's great for flavoring. If you're concerned with getting too much sodium, use the Kikoman's (or your favorite brand's) low sodium sauce. Together, they make a great flavor base for the stock!

Must have for Japanese dishes
We do a lot of cooking and Japanese dishes are one of our favorites. This sake has a very nice flavor, but not too sweet (for sweet, just add some mirin). We also use it when making a homemade marinate for seafood and meats, when combined with mirin and soy sauce. We are very satisfied with the quality. One star removed due to higher cost, although it won’t prevent us from buying it again.

Tasty enrichment to boxed or canned soups
recommended. I like to doctor my packaged soup, I am fond of vegan Pacifica all types and this adds a lot of zing with just a little product and then add topping...garnish...so GREAT

Super Saki !
Kikkoman delivers a quality product. I have used it quite successfully in recipes that call for white wine. This was a three pack for an excellent price that I found after doing a lot of scrolling in the app.

Dump it on everything
Is your left over stir fry too dry? Don't want to water down that soup or stew? Find the microwave too high tech to use? JUST DUMP SAKE IN AND FRY! I use it on everything from stews to deep frying marinade! It just work!👍

Tasty Addition to My Asian Cooking
I've only been using this product for a short while and really have nothing to compare it to except Sake I've had to drink in the past but I like the flavor - not overly strong and it adds a nice taste to many things. I love to add it to a mixture of soy, sugar and sesame oil for a marinated cucumber salad - delicious. I'm still experimenting with the favor but I can say I'm happy with everything I've used it in so far.
