Hi, I am a 36-year-old woman and my experience with Shatavari has been really bad. I have nothing against this company or product but do not take Shatavari without any medical help. I made a huge mistake, on a YouTube channel, FitTuber I saw that Shatavari can be great for hormonal imbalance and that one teaspoon of Shatavari can be taken with milk every night for good results. I bought this powder and started having it. I took it for 20 days and then got my periods. But my periods weren't like before, I had acute gastric and severe loose motions. Worst was, I started noticing behavioural changes in me. I felt scared, fearful, anxious, lonely, demotivated and depressed. When my periods ended, I immediately stopped taking Shatavari but these symptoms continued. It got even worse when I got tracycardia whenever I ate anything. This powder not only messed with my hormones but my gut and my gastric lining. I went to a doctor who thankfully, didn't give me any extra medication. He only asked me to have lots and lots of water to detox my body and gave me an anti-gas tablet and a probiotic for my stomach. It took me almost 20-25 days to feel normal. I felt dizzy, moody, scared, and lonely but all that slowly started lessening. I request all of you to not take this powder on your own because it may not suit you. Shatavari is supposed to alter the female sex hormone and taking such hormonal powders on your own can have serious side effects physically and psychologically. Please consult a doctor before you have this. PLEASE.
