I must be careful about what I write, but this is amazing information, based on Pacific Rim countries clinical studies/data on the medicinal mushrooms listed in it. I dare not write much more except that in my personal use of this book and these mushrooms, I have enhanced my life, longevity and overall health naturally in ways a Pharmaceutical approach/side effects CAN NOT TOUCH! I to date have enjoyed 11 years I was told I did NOT HAVE! At the price of this tool for practitioners I believe you will see, experience and believe.

Nicely laid out. Great information. Very Useful Reference. Will be rereading this one regularly. Now I am supplementing with several various fungi and feeling better because of it. Even started to grow some in the home and outside too.
