Q: What is the average charging time?

The charging time is not related with this charging box, it is related with Rode Wireless Go and Go II themselves charging time. So, pls refer to Rode manual about their charging time.

Q: Can you charge the dual Wireless charger with a wireless charger pad like it shows in the last picture or do you have to use a cord to charge it?

This model RD-2 (in black color housing) is wireless charging model. You only need to put the this RD-2 with your 2pcs RODE Wireless GO and GO II ON ANY wireless charger you have, that's enough. If you have no wireless charger, you can use the normal Type-C charging cable to charge this RD-2, same using way as model RD-1.

Q: Will this work still with the newer rode wireless me device?

Yes. I have both the original Rode wireless and Rose 2 mics and use these for both.
