Great Pick Hammer
It is a great pick hammer. It should last a lifetime or two.

I bought this to chip slag while welding and I have been blown away. The build quality is top notch and you hear a pretty metallic *ding* every-time you strike it. Reminding you it’s a solid, well built, forged hammer. Both ends are sharpened and keep their edge. You obviously don’t need this one over a normal chipping hammer, but you’ll love it every time.

Works much better than my old cheap chipping hammer. Took off a half a star because the stickers suck to peel off and leaves all the sticky goo to remove.

Cadillac od chipping hammers
This is the Cadillac of chipping hammers. I little pricey, but good tools are worth it. I would buy this again and might even pick up another one just to have around. It is that good.Very sharp points. With the long and narrow design, easy to focus the blows just where you want them to land. I do not think if you purchase this hammer you are likely to go back to the "normal" cheaper ones or the combo ones. The handle is the typical blues rubberish softer handle which fits well in the hand and makes it easier to control. Made in America is why I pulled the trigger on this one and went ahead and purchased it. Not sorry in any way that I did, like I said above I think I will be purchasing at one more in some point in the future.If you like Estwing hammers then I am pretty sure you will like this Chipping Hammer. I do know of some who are not fans of the way Estwing's feel in the hand and they would most likely not be happy with this either. I am an Estwing fan and this chipping hammer, I like.
