Hardware package needs some revision, very kind customer service
It's a great stand, and now that I have the right bolts for it, it's perfect. Really strong, and light enough to move even when it's full of metal folding chairs.Just a heads up--the hardware that comes with the assemblage kit has the kind of nuts that do not screw past the ends of the bolts (they are not exactly capped, even if I use that term later; they are narrowed). Usually not a problem. But the bolts are very long, and even with the double washers and threading the bolts through the legs and rails, the bolts came out the other end with lots of room. When you put capped nuts on them, there's too much space and you end up with a gap between the legs and the rails with no hope of tightening them.The instruction manual is like Ikea--it's just pictures, and it's a very basic assembly, so mostly foolproof. Which made me feel like I had to be missing something.I contacted the manufacturer and they were very kind, but pretty ineffectual. The first person suggested I take the washers off to give me more room to get the nuts on--which is the exact opposite solution to my problem and would only create more room on the bolt. The second person seemed to understand a little better, especially when I sent them a photo of the gaps. They kindly put in an order for new hardware.I made a bet with my boss that they would just send us the exact same hardware package, including the capped nuts.I won that bet.So keep in mind that you may have to spend a few extra dollars at the hardware store. You're looking for twelve 3/8" hex nuts. After that? Perfect!

Absolutely sturdy!
Serves the needs of our church to use this smaller chair dolly when we have a smaller event to set-up for and not get out the large cumbersome chair dollies.
