Does it work? Possibly. I tried several different settings under several different circumstances over a week and found that the weekest setting I could feel was the one that worked the most with my insomnia. With that said I am not positive if the reason it works is because it works or because I trained myself to go to sleep with it in my hand.... Idk. Give it a shot. It might be a placebo. Everyone has different chemistry.

I usually put some lotion on my hands before using otherwise don’t really feel anything on palm unless I amp it up more. Also like the wrist loop attachment because it doesn’t get lost in the sheets.

I just got it yesterday and followed the instructions. I will report if it is consistent or not because there is no way of knowing at this point. I definitely did not sleep with it. I did try it per instructions to hold the charged item as instructed for 20 minutes. I find having to package it for return is too combersome. But that is what I am leaning to do.at this time I would say it does not work. There is nothing to say it works. There were no indicators such as sound, or ways to measure is anything happened. As far as sleep, my main reason was that it was to address brain activity for stress release. Music works for me. & I always do that. Please if anyone can identify that it REALLY works please post.

Didn’t noticed a thing. Couldn’t tell if it was on, off, etc. Wouldn’t buy again.

When I first used this product, I’d feel a mild pulse / buzz sensation. It doesn’t work at all now. I didn’t even try using it until after the return window expired. My mistake, so now I just have to eat the cost of a product that does not work.
