No-one wants their seat flying around! One of our plastic ones broke so we replaced them all.

Go with metal stool bolts.
We had the plastic toilet bolts for our seat. The seat kept on shifting. We decided to try steel bolts and they have worked out great. No more shifting of the seat.

Top didn't fit
They are great and seem very strong but the top of the scene was too big around to fit down into the spot on the toilet lid so the cover won't close
