Look, first of all, let me say I'm a review reader myself, so I know it is important to fully explain. Secondly, I'm a plus sized lady myself, so I'm a realist. I don't try to order bigger than I need, but when I read all the reviews and even after reading the size chart. I opted to size up. In jeans, I normally wear an 18 and I wear sometimes a 1x and other times a 2x in tops. I wear a 40 D bra. I weigh 245 and I'm 5 ft 6. I am an hourglass or (some might say a) pear shape with a defined waist. I took all measurements and decided, because of my hips, that I'd need a 22. WRONG! The darn thing was literally swallowing me whole. It was huge. So, I decided to go with an 18 even though the size chart said my hips were too big for it. The measurements on the bust and waist were supposed to be just right for an 18. Wrong again. Still too big. I needed a 16 despite the size chart...but alas...after the two times return there's no time to get the correct size before my cruise...so just be warned. All these folks on Facebook saying to size up or that it fit perfectly must be delusional...because trust me...if I were a 16 every day, I'd be thrilled...but I'm an 18...except for this dress... in this dress I definitely have to size down.

I purchased this dress for a wedding I'm in, it fits true to size. Not bad for the price.

Gorgeous dress. I fell in love. More beautiful on than the pictures. Was a little bit to big and to long. I’m 5”6’ and needed about3-4 inches removed. The tuile over the dress is so pretty. I sent it back 😢 only because I chose another dress that was knee length. I didn’t have the time to have it altered.HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I loved this dress! Very light weight and flattering. I wore it for my sons wedding and everyone kept telling me how beautiful I looked and how much they liked the dress.

I wore this to my sisters wedding and got so many compliments! The dress was too big and too low cut in the chest. I took it up about 1” in the waist and was able to sew up the bottom of the V in the chest (ab 1 1/2”) so that it wasn’t too revealing. It turned out perfect!

This dress really surprised me. It is much prettier in person and looks more expensive than the pictures. What totally floored me was I bought this for an actor sight unseen just based on her measurements and this dress fit her perfectly. The bodice was quite low but a big brooch took care of that. Excellent but for the money

I so far have only tried it on but WOW was I shocked!! When you buy off Amazon especially for Fluffy girls you NEVER know what you will get and this was a great surprise. It fit me!! I was comfortable it has enough give where you don't feel restricted and it's flattering in the right places. I hold my weight in the middle and I felt comfortable with it wearing no shape wear. That's doesn't happen often. I'm also a taller girl at 5'9" and it hits at the top of my foot. Loved it!!! If you're fluffy and curvy this is the dress for you

Hi! Dress is comfortable and flowing prettier than expected. Was great as a moh dress for a steel blue color requirement. I did need to get it altered a little to make it less low cut but overall great!
