The Brave

After reading The Contender, I was curious about a sequel. This is a very satisfying read for someone who is not distracted by the "old school" references to technology of the "80s and '90's. Young people interested in the world of boxing should really enjoy this one.I hope to use it for a school book club choice in the alternative school where I work

Just like the story and it resonates with me as you sympathize with the protagonist. The plot is very engaging and action-packed. Great read, especially for teachers looking for literature that would attract young boys. The book came as advertised.

My students loved this book--sequel to The Contender....I wound up giving it to one of my students because he liked it sooo much!!,

this is a great price for a repacement book. My child not her book and had to buy a new one for the teacher.

I could relate to story In some kind of way,it made me feel like excited. There were a lot a good parts, and interesting parts.

For my grandson who is into boxing he is truly enjoying the books
