Q: Size large fits what size elbow?

Had a problem with the sizing on this as I ordered a Small thinking it would work but it is not quite firm enough but they did not have an extra Small so am using the one I ordered and wash it in hot water to tighten it up. I only measure 9" around the elbow area. Guess this is not help if you need a large. The inches size was indicated on-line when I made my purchase so you will have to go by that. They do have good "give" to them. Jean
