This is probably my third sleeping pad in about two years. I had always been trying the inflatable ones and never again. This is a self inflating foam sleeping pad and it works wonders. You let it expand for about 10 to 30 minutes and you’re good to go. I weigh about 185 pounds. I am 5’5” female have a decent size chest and this was so comfy. I slept like a baby. My partner is about 260 and he is 6’7” male and he said it was comfortable. He can never find something that’s comfy for him due to his height and he loved this.This is a great sleeping pad and I highly recommend it for anyone who is able to take something that is quite large. Because the sleeping pad is pretty big you would not be able to use this to go backpacking but if you are car camping, this works great.

I just got this, and though it is bulky, it is very comfortable. The video I watched suggested I get a pump to fill it but that's really not necessary. The inside is basically a foam material and by opening valve allows air to expand the foam. You can open the valve and it's fully expanded in 20-30 mins. Then to pack up just put valve on correct setting soair goes out and not back in by rolling like a sleeping bag. The bag that comes with it allows the mat to easily fit inside. Also has stretchy bands to help with keeping it compact.It is fairly heavy at 6 or so lbs, and bulky, so backpackers should look elsewhere. But if you're car or bicycle+trailer camping, it makes the outdoors a little more enjoyable.

Great blow up mattress. We ended up returning it however as we weren't going to be needing it in the end. But I would buy it again if I ever needed one in the future and recommend it.
