I would like a barbell bar sent to me, please.They sent out a whole new package. Very happy. The threads on the bars are plastic, and sometimes tightening the plastic bolts can thread them, and the handles also. I have done this on two handles. It would be good to be able to buy the handles separately. Use electrical tape on the threads where you need the bolts or handles to grip more.

the dumbell kit is versatile and well-made but came with no instructions whatsoever, so no guidance on fitting, combinations, user safety or the range of exercises the system is designed for. If instructions are available I'd quite like to have a copy!

Very good product, well made, easy to assemble. Customer service was excellent- small issue was resolved instantly with no quibbles.

These were great for the price I expected them to be a bit flimsy but there not they are really good.

Barbell split in the centre where the screw-in join is, after 3 months (20kgs weight). This happened over my neck while doing a squat. Very flimsy and not safe. Would not recommend even for beginners, females or low weight lifters. Requested a single one piece barbell replacement and got another 2 piece screw-in instead. Still struggling to get another replacement. Not worth the effort or money.

Long bar bent after 2 sessions.And the weights move over the hand grips when using the dumbbells.
