Grape-NutsPost The Original Non-GMO Cereal 20.5 oz. Box (Pack of 12)

I bought the multi-pack of this cereal because I find that it is a regular go-to for me for breakfasts and snacks, and it is also versatile and can be used as an ingredient in some surprisingly delicious, easy and healthy dinner and lunch entrees as well! So the multi-pack was a good deal for a regularly consumed item in my household. The cereal itself, while I didn't like it when I was younger, I really love now. I think that as a cereal with milk it can be very dense, so a small amount goes a long way, but that helps with consuming the appropriate quantity, which is harder with sugary, ligher cerals. But my favorite way to eat this cereal (besides in pudding!!) is as a crunchy, no sugar mix-in with maple yogurt and wild Maine blueberries! I find it to be super satisfying, very healthy, gets me most of my day's iron, and more! I actually crave it! Try it.

A 20.5-oz box perfectly fits into an OXO 1.2-liter "nut-size" dispenser," with maybe a half-inch to spare. So I'll spend a bit more per ounce for the convenience of emptying my box into the OXO and tossing the box into the recycling bin.Here's the review I posted under the 29-oz. But ever since Covid began, it's been hard to find in our local supermarkets. Thank goodness for this 10-pack. Now I'm set for, well, 3 or 4 months. (I eat it twice a day.)I prefer my cold cereals with soy milk or almond milk. I let the Grape-Nuts and "milk" sit a good 10 minutes, becoming nice and soft while I drink my coffee.I was tempted to all Kashi Go high-protein cold cereal to my morning rotation. But while it's the cheapest of high-protein cereals, it costs considerably more than Grape-Nuts. So I might just stick with Grape-Nuts as my only cereal.
