Bought two. One for Suv/trailer and one for bug out bag. Tent, sleeping bag and blanket are big enough for two. Hate to think it might come to this, but better safe than sorry. Lots of paracord. Might be able to trade one for something. Vet owned, but made in china. If I have to use one, I will update the review. The kit is small in area. About 7x4x6 inches. Weighs a little over a pound. Should slide under most car seats, or fit in a corner of the trunk.

I just received this product and these are my initial thoughts only. I have not field tested this item.Positives:-Items are in individual bags and pouches that are clearly labeled.- Bonus emergency whistle attached to one of the pouches.- Material feels high quality, especially at this price point.- extra room in the kit for some small extras, a small roll of duct tape, Altoid can survival kit, fire kit, etc.-product arrived quicklyNegatives (Kinda):-Made in China-What can you expect though. A similar kid made in the USA would likely be 2-3 times the price if not more. I would prefer to have one of these kits in each vehicle and at the price point that’s not out of the question.-Carabiner feels cheap, but I still think it would serve the intended purpose. If you need one for climbing this one isn’t it, but if you want to hook it to a belt or pack, I’m sure it would work.-The tent stakes probably would not hold up to years of abuse, but I think they will work as intended. Tent stakes aren’t expensive in the event one of these breaks.Overall, I am quite pleased. I intend to purchase again unless some catastrophic failure occurs when I test the items, but I cannot see that happening. Good luck.

Mylar is a proven way to help you stay warm and dry in an emergency. It's designed for use in emergency situations, so this is a thin mylar, not designed for regular camping use.

Fits perfect in the GHB, nice and lightweight. Not sure about durability as of yet.

After finding out about these on southernprepper1’s channel I had to investigate,And what I saw blew me away.For the value these are great.Every vehicle in the USA should have at least 1 if not multiples in there cars!!!

This is a great collection of emergency shelter pieces. As one of the creators explained in his youtube videos, it is purely for emergency situations where exposure, the most common cause of death in survival situations, is a concern. I bought one set to keep in my car, and after the traffic ham on I95 where thousands were stranded in the snow for over 24 hours, I bought 2 for my parents as well.
