This thing is super durable. Better looking than the stock I think. The stock bumper mount is the issue.

Nice Upgrade!
This is a nice upgrade from the tiny stock bumper. It defiantly protects the front of the merv much better and feels very solid. It is extremely durable and has survived some hard hits from other cars with no problems.

I like the fact that I was able to mount an LED strip on the bumper for night bashing

These help protect the entire width of your chassis, unlike stock.
Some people think they're too wide. I think they're perfect, because they help protect the width of your chassis, not just a couple inches like the stock bumpers ... And they're RPM, and don't add a bunch of weight. They're also not intrusive or negatively affect rough terrain drivability.

Beast of a bumper
Awesome bumper for the MERV. Helps protect the body and suspension components a lot better. Highly recommended buying this. Must have for the MERV
