Came on a good chain but hubby took it off the chain and added it to his cuban chain. Medium weight, very durable, very comfortable and size is great as shown.

The back of the cross is too rough. It need to be polished or else it catches on the clothes and even on the chest hair.But, you get what you pay for so shut it.
