Pretty cool kit to provide mouse clicks to the facebuttons. Worked great in my first generation BDM-010 model ds5 controller.

Easy to install and for the money it cant be beat. Clicky heaven!

**seller reached out and provided a replacement shortly after, haven’t had time to come back. The replacement didn’t work well at first but I reopened a 3rd time and used so electric tape to tape the ‘plate’ to the controller and that seems to have worked for me. The frustration of having to reopen & mess around lost a star but better than the original 2star rating when it wasn’t working at all. Takes 4-6 presses on down directional button to register - tried opening and re adjusting but still an issue. I can hear a click, similar to the rest of the other buttons so I have to assume it’s broken somehow. Had it for maybe 2 weeks now… could have been like that from the start, but finally noticed it. The fit in general didn’t see that great the sleeve that sits under the faceplate doesn’t really secure to the controller.

EXtremeRate dissent disappoint! Take your time. Watch a few videos. Save your money and don’t yourself. What I will way is it took about and hour of MK1 to adjust to click from press. Feels great to have BUTTON RESPONSE. 🦾

Given the DS5 controller is not the easiest to disassemble, and previous experienced with trying to repair dpad issues on other controllers I was kind of worried before getting into this. Glad to say the provided videos for tear-down and install were clear and helpful for the whole process, and swapping out the original hardware for the custom was much easier than expected. Everything worked like a charm on the first go around and had the controller full reassembled and working in about 30 minutes of time. Great experience for a first time opening this controller to swap anything out.

scuf costs too much just to have the satisfaction of clicky buttons and this is easy to install and works with no issues with the playstation 5 or when using the controller with my PC. AMAZING product.

Update: Customer service has worked with me on this and ultimately it is working. I want to say I am very happy with the response of the company, but I can't in good conscience give this more than 3 stars. The reason is because the companies recommendation for the dpad right button not hitting consistently was to stick a piece of printer paper over the pad, it did work, but as a company recommendation that tells me they know there is a problem with some of these. I can't imagine a Microsoft or Dell telling someone to stick some paper in their products to fix it. The buttons when they work feel really fast clicky and responsive. This should be a pretty easy install, but first thing the way the board is built it doesn't hold in place very well when the controller has hooks built in, why wasn't this designed to utilize those hooks? I had to use some electrical tape to hold it in place. Then unlike the video they made showing how to put it together, they don't supply the rubber pieces for the Dpad which would have been perfect they only supplied a rubber membrane which made it where the Dpad right button didn't make consistent contact. I took one of the extra rubber peices from the buttons and cut it to fit in the Dpad then cut out that slot in the membrane so it would fit and used the rest of the membrane peices for the buttons that did work, now all buttons are working, but if the rubber peices in the video were supplied this wouldn't have been a problem. From my experience with extremerate, they are excellent with BDM-010 kits, but have no clue when it comes to BDM-020 kits. On the plus side the buttons feel great when you get them to work and are nice and clicky. Was just a pain to install. Without proper pieces.

Modifica per tasti controller Ps5! Effetto click , molto rapido per chi ha bisogno di velocità nel gioco. Su youtube si trovano diversi video su come va eseguito il montaggio, partendo da zero. Provato in gioco con Call Of Duty, ci vuole un po’ di abitudine per le prime partite, ma quando ci si fa la mano, si gioca in maniera più reattiva! Pochi soldi e si migliora il gioco! Consigliato!

Muy buen producto la sensación un muy padre lastima que con la nuevo actualización del dualsense dejó de funcionar si tienes el control y no lo tienes actualizado compralo por que con la actualización no funciona lastima lo tuve que quitar y volver a poner todo como estaba mi control para que volviera a trabajar.

Another great mod from eXtremeRate. I now have this with their back buttons, Clicky triggers/bumpers and interchangeable thumbsticks. This mod (as with all of the others) is simple to fit providing you take your time, follow the great tutorial vids on YouTube, and most importantly take care (if you don't you can quite easily break a component inside the controller or pull out a cable off of one of the boards etc). Don't let this put you off, if you take the time and have the patience these mods are definitely worth it. This particular mod I had an issue where the right d-pad would barely click down and sometimes get stuck. This was rectified by cutting the silicone 'nipples' that align with the left and right controls of the d-pad, and cutting spare silicone (from spare parts that come with the kit) to fill the voids in the left and right d-pad buttons (until they're flush). After doing this the mod works great. I'm not sure if this is an issue everyone would have, but no matter how much I tried to install the silicone that comes with the kit (that covers the back of the d-pad) I couldn't get the right d-pad button the work; which made me resort to my own modification.
