My wife loves this machine. She always wanted a Miele washing machine, now she has one and is very pleased with it, does every thing she needs it to do and at a great price.

I'm not sure how Miele can claim these are tested to last 20 years,mine was faulty on arrival. You are supposed to be able to set your own water levels for washing and rinsing. I wanted to increase the water levels on both. Turns out I can't as the water inlet valves are faulty. 20 years worth of testing,mine didn't last a day. Seems even Miele are not what they were. I suppose I should have realised that Miele are no longer reliable as they only give a 2 year guarantee. Even Miele it seems don't have confidence in their product.

I love my machine.i had another 1 bought 25 + years ago.it never let me down once in all those years.never had an engineer out.so I recommend miele.

This machine is not a patch on the one it has replaced. Washing times are much longer, it' no quieter than the old one and makes more noise on spin cycle. I think I will try to repair the worn out bearing on the old one, if successful this new machine will be up for sale.

Never had such a premium machine in my life.I was doubting if the price would be worth the appliance.I’ve always used major brands of washers and been happy enough until I’ve seen what the difference in a quality manufacturer like this isThe machine is so quite when running even when on its fastest spin of 1400 you could sleep in the same room as it!Everyone in the home can notice the difference in the washing and we are using the same detergent this machine clearly is doing a much better wash than my previous machine which was only 2y old.The wash programs a easiest to customise there’s no silly little menu options to faff with it’s got pre set cycles with the dial and you simply alter the temp or spin speed to suit your washing load.Instal was easy but the transportation bolts in the rear are like nothing I’ve seen on a machine before. They are at least 1ft in length, I actually thought I’d removed the wrong part.The spanner for removing the bolts is hidden in the very bottom of the packaging in the side of the styrofoam. Unfortunately I didn’t find it till I was clearing away but I just used a pair or Plumbers grips to remove the bolts.Very sturdy machine and easy to level on our floor.Pleased to say if your doubting the price tag but can afford it, then go for it!This really does feel like a machine that will last me all my days.
