This A Brand That's Been In Business for many years. My Mom use to make her icing from Bakers' Chocolate, Yum Yum and it's still good today.

My daughter loved making Christmas goodies with this. Nothing dairy free is cheap but this was so exciting for her and she happy to get to make some dipped items. It was fresh and good.

The chocolate arrived in pieces which was ok since I bought it to melt but made it difficult to measure.

This tasted awful and also was full of little black specks which I can only assume was trash or bugs! So gross. Could not use it for a wedding and of course tossed it away. Would love a refund but no option is available.

I used this in conjunction with a carnation fudge kit to make white chocolate fudge. It is very tasty.

Bought these to make caramelized white chocolate. It came out clumpy and was hard to salvage. They were good for cookies with white chocolate in them, just not baking it the way I wanted.

I ordered 3 bars in 1 transaction. 2 were shipped together and arrived on time. The 3rd was shipped separately, got lost in transit, and showed up 3 days late having melted and resolidified. I don't care for the flavor, but my kids were happy with the unmelted bar.
