the quality of the product was what i expected from jack &jones unfortunately i ordered the wrong size re good customer service parcel is on it's way back really good all round service

Good quality for the price. Order one size up though. Im normally an XL and read the reviews that these come tight so ordered an XXL.

Ordered 2 medium polos. One is really nice fit and pleased with purchase. However other shirt is XL - however I cannot find anywhere how to contact the company to get an exchange!

Good quality for the price but size is a bit smaller than anticipated.

Good quality polo shirts that are tough and comfortable. Be warned they may feel a little tight under the arms so getting the right size as always is a gamble.

Item shrunk after first wash and was very tight never worn again
