The Princess and the Dragon: A Fairy Tale Chapter Book Series for Kids

Great bedtime book. We really enjoyed it. It had many great moments that my daughter absolutely loved. If you have a child that loves princesses, this book should captivate them.

My 7 yr old daughter really enjoyed reading these books! Great for early readers.

I got the series as a Christmas gift for my 7 year old daughter after reading the reviews. She couldn’t put them down and read them all within the last few months. I would highly recommend these books. The only downside is that for a book that has such beautiful colors on the cover, the pictures inside are all in black and white. Still highly recommend!

This book was a hit with my daughter named Juniper, she shares one of the main character’s name :) she said five stars, definitely.

I have already reviewed the Princess and the Unicorn: bottom line, my 6 y.o. rising 1st grader loves these books and can plow through one in about an hour to an hour and a half (with much time taken in exclaiming how much she loves reading and telling me what's happening in the story). She loves them. I don't think she's learning much, but is developing a love of reading and reading stamina. That is what I wanted from these books and that's what I'm getting! See my review of the Princess and the Unicorn for comments about book quality, etc.I had to write one more review, however, because for all of the books in this series, Amazon's reported book length is off by at least a third. This book has only 57 pages (that is numbered pages with story/pictures on it). While there is also the title page, a couple of blank pages, and some postscript biographies (around 15 pg.s by my count), I cannot fathom how they claim 94 PAGES. Each of the books in this series have between 57 and 64 pages of reading material. So keep that in mind in case it matters to you in considering your purchase!

My daughter is only 4.5 and this was the first chapter book I read aloud to her. She loved it and just wanted me to keep going. I highly recommend for young readers and listeners 🩷

Both my daughter's (7 and 3) loved the story. Perfect length chapters and perfect balance of suspense but not scary and sprinkled with magic.
