Will fit genuine stella scouter 2004 150 cc like vespa px 150 and dimensions please?

I don’t think so. It’s a very particular mounting system for just Vespa I have a Stella too and that windscreen attaches to the mirror mounts

Does it fit a 2001 et4?

Not sure….I ordered because it said it fit my particular scooter and a range of others. But when I received it the manual said it was specific to a GTS. It still fit my LX 150. And it has been great!
