I’ve had eye surgery and I’ve used these pads to reduce swelling and redness. I’ve found them very helpful. The cooling effect had given me some relief. They cool quickly but they also warm up quickly so cant be used for long periods at once.

Decent gel patches. They don’t fully freeze over so are still malleable and fit nicely into my eye mask. Wish I could heat them as well, however but I tuck them in the cover of my hot water battle and that seems to work nicely. Slightly more pricey than I would have expected but nice product and pretty packaging. Clear and easy to read.
