Delta T14464-SS Ashlyn Tub & Shower, Without Rough, Stainless

At first I didn’t know if I cared for this, but after having it for a couple months I’ve decided it’s a worthwhile purchase. It looks nice and was easy to install. Considering how much other shower fixture sets cost, I think it’s worth the purchase. The tub spout looks nice even though it’s plastic, but it does look a little cheap when the tab/diverter is pulled up for a shower and you can see a white piece of plastic.I thought the water pressure also seemed a TAD weak compared to my old one, but I definitely got used to it and think it’s perfect.

The finish is horrible- not metal. Looks like permanent water spots, even after I wash it with cleaner it streaks and does not go away.My plumber could not get the hot and cold to work according to the dots on the handle. We did everything the directions said, tried 20 different ways. Not sure if its the product or the plumber. He has done alot of work for me so I am thinking its the product, it should be easier to install.Would not buy this again.

Lots of complaints about the tub spout, which is absurdly large (and apparently gets dripped on and spotted). However, I was doing a shower and didn't need the tub spout. Because everyone hates this tub spout so much it's cheaper with it than without it. If you're in my situation, buy it, and throw away the tubspout or donate it. If you're not, you can always find a better tub spout with the same finish.I actually separately purchased the same valve trim for another bathtub (with no shower) and just picked whatever tub spout I wanted.

what a problem this set is to keep clean of water spots! not just a few, but all over! The shower head is fine (obviously), as it doesn't get that wet but the spout and handle portions are a nightmare for me. I would send it back except it is already installed. The quality is fine. The spout is too large and quite ugly, in my opinion. I would not order this style again.

At my plumbers request, we buy delta brand shower fixtures for our new bath remodel. I found this “used” set on Amazon for a bit less than a new one so I bought. It was in perfect condition with all the parts needed. It has been the best we’ve ever had. The only thing I’ve found so far that I don’t like is keeping the matte black color clean. It shows water spots and everything else after every shower.

We had to buy a cheap tub spout to use the inside because the old one was not threaded and this one is, so after that added expense and a couple trips to a hardware store we got it installed. I guess lesson learned for us. I want all fixtures to match in our renovations but its hard when the old plumbing is done for a specific brand.

I will say that this Delta faucet works as intended and described. My issues with it are that it's basically cheap plastic. You are essentially paying for the cartridge. The actual faucet and shower head couldn't have cost Delta more than $5 to make. And it feels cheap. The control lever for the temperature control just snaps on and it's pretty loose. The cover plate is flimsy. So like I said, it works fine but I think I'll upgrade to one of Delta's more premium lines next time.

Purchased for remodel. Arrived day by before contractor was to install and it was missing actual water valve. Had to purchase the missing part locally or pay contractor to wait... My bad for ordering at last minute (wifey).

Installs easily for someone that has never installed one before. My only concern was how flimsy the bottom spout is. It feels really cheap coming out of the box but looses a lot of that flimsy feel once its installed. The valve is easy to adjust the max temp on, moves smoothly and the pressure balance works flawlessly. No more temperature changes when someone uses another sink, toilet or appliance.

Es muy bonito cuando lo exhiben, lo malo es que no especifican que es la mayoría plástico, si está bonito el producto, pero la llave de tina es de plástico.Deberían de especificar que es en la mayoría del producto, todo es plástico.

the bathtub faucet is plastic and pretty cheap/bad looking in person. the on/off handle is great and the shower head is okay.

Did not come with a universal body to install the delta ...i will go back to moen its better quality than delta
