Delicious to the last crumb!
These biscuits (cookies in the US) are so friggin delicious! I just had 3 with a hot latte. Not too sweet and made with oats so they're sort of good for you. ;-) They're a bit crumbly but they're supposed to be!

Perfect for Cookie Crumb Crusts
I have been baking out of Yotam Ottolengheni's Sweet cookbook, which is extraordinary for unique, showstopping desserts. The Honey Thyme Cheesecake called for these as the crust. I have found it is well worth seeking out the ingredients the recipes call for. Hobnobs are not to be found anywhere near me, but Amazon to the rescue.

Ok
Had to try because of all the Brit Box shows I watch. Had to try an original "biscuit". FYI I hate tea so dunked mine in coffee. Similar to an oatmeal cookie but flakier. Liked them but for the price I will stick to my dollar and a quarter tree oatmeal cookies.
