The MXR M290 Phase 95 Mini Guitar Effects Pedal packs two legendary phase circuits (45° and 90°) into a compact housing half the size of standard MXR pedals. Great pedal, sounds OG
Super quiet and does exactly what is should. I have a vintage phase 90 and a Whirlwind and this little guy is sonically just as good. Can't say enough about this pedal. Just buy it

This pedal is super sweet!
It's small with awesome tone. I've used many different phaser pedals this one is my favorite. Been playing for 25 years now, every day.You can't go wrong with MXR.

Little Phaser, Big Tone
I initially got this pedal to play a Steely Dan/Doobie Brothers tribute show and I wanted something to make my Rhodes patch sound a little more authentic. This pedal definitely did the trick and more. I love being able to toggle between Phase 45 and 90 styles, as well as getting script or block voicings. It instantly turns a “one-trick pony” phaser into a really versatile tool for anything from subtle modulation to full-on swirling sounds. I would recommend this to any keyboardist or guitarist who needs a good phaser.

Pretty good (sound is a little subtle) but I miss the battery option!
It sounds good but the effect is a little on the subtle side. Maybe I should have gotten the script logo Phase 90 or one of the other models? Also it doesn't have a battery compartment. If you don't ever use batteries and like saving space on your pedalboard, the small size is great, but if you don't have AC power, there is no battery option. All in all not a bad pedal.

The History of MXR Phase Shifters in One Great Pedal
I had the Phase 90 on my board by needed additional real estate so I ordered the Phase 95. Super cool pedal. Opens more options for phase and takes up less room, what's not to love. I think it may sound slightly less cool than the big boy Phase 90 reissue but the additional functionality more than makes up for any possible slight difference in tone. So many usable tones! Get your funk on!!!

Quality pedal, the real deal
It’s the industry standard in the small footprint. Just know that it’s not battery powered.

Awesome
This pedal is so awesome. I bought a cheap multi-effect pedal with a phaser and was totally dissatisfied, so decided to go with the classic and I wasn’t disappointed. I have run both a guitar and keyboard through this and it gives them such a nice sound. I use mostly the phase 90 setting, but the phase 45 is nice too. Can’t go wrong with this pedal.

that classic sound I was missing
I had a digital pedal with phase on it, but listened to the demo video and thought this sounded a lot better - I wasn't disappointed.I prefer it on 90 mode with script off; it sometimes sounds rough or glitchy and I think that is oh so awesome.. Perfect size - similar to other "mini" pedals but input/output are higher, more towards the front of the pedal than others.. that actually makes for easier connections. Everything feels solid state -- is it cold rolled steel? wow.. came with a power adapter in mfg's package, I wasn't really expecting that. Kind of a waste really. I would prefer a package without, if it saved $10, but I'm not going to knock it for that because of the great sound it gives. speaking of power, it requires only 8mA! I was surprised there's no loss (or gain) in volume while it is on, which is important because there's no level knob..
